How can we find Basic computer shortcut keys?

Every Application software has shortcut keys to perform task immediately .To find the Computer shortcut keys you need to go to top drop down menus .If you look at File menu  in Microsoft Word the are many shortcut keys such as Ctl+s which is written in front of every menu option ,you can watch shortcut keys there .You can find some shortcut keys such as Ctrl + X ,it used to cut the selected text and paste it. Ctrl + C , Used to copy the text and selected object then we can paste it anywhere .Ctrl + V ,It is used to paste the content which is copied ,Ctrl + Z , it is used to undo any work ,Ctrl + Y ,it is used to Redo the work.

But there are many keyboard shortcut keys which is notdefined in MS Word such as F12 which is used to show the "Save As" dialog box .you can save as the document with the another name.

Another function key which is not defined is [Ctrl + w] ,it is used to close any document immediately it perform the action when we click on the red cross button of nay application.
